That’s what we’re here for. Simply send us your artwork or idea, and we’ll recommend the best patch type based on detail, usage, budget, and timeline ... making the process easy from start to finish.

2. Do you sell directly to individuals or only to resellers?

BH Emblems works exclusively with authorized resellers and partners. This allows us to focus on delivering consistent quality, competitive pricing, and a reliable process for our customers.

3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimums vary depending on the patch type, but we work with low minimums whenever possible. In most cases we can do as few as 30. Contact us with your project details and we’ll provide the best option for your needs.

4. How long does production take?

Standard production typically ranges from 2–4 weeks depending on the patch type and complexity. Rush options may be available ... just let us know your timeline.

5. Can you match specific colors (Pantone or brand colors)?

Yes. We can match Pantone colors and other mainstream threads brands (Madeira, Robison-Anton) as closely as possible, though slight variations may occur due to thread, material, and manufacturing processes. We always aim for the closest possible match.

6. Will I see a proof before production starts?

To keep pricing competitive and turnaround times fast, proofs are not automatically required for all orders. If needed, we can provide a digital scan or physical sample after an order is placed, and may recommend approval for more complex or higher-volume projects.

Proofs or samples requested prior to placing an order may incur additional charges.

7. Can I make changes after approving the artwork?

Changes can be made before production begins. Once artwork is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible or could result in additional costs.

8. What backing options do you offer?

We offer a variety of backing options including sew-on, Velcro (hook & loop), iron-on/heat seal, peel & stick and more. We’ll recommend the best option based on how the patch will be used.

9. What if there is an issue with my order?

We stand behind our work 100%. If there is a manufacturing issue, we will remake or refund your order. However, we cannot be responsible for errors that were approved in the final artwork.

10. How do I get started?

Simply send us your design, idea, or requirements. We’ll review everything and provide a quote along with recommendations to ensure you get the best possible result.
